Mitchell, a lifelong resident of Florida, is married with two children. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a major in Business administration. Mitch obtained his Property & Casualty/Life & Health Insurance Licenses in 1988 and has worked in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry since 1990. He has served in multiple capacities within the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry including Director of Benefits, Director of Workers' Compensation and Director of Client Services/Payroll. Since 1999, Mitch has consulted with Lassiter-Ware clients and prospects on the advantages of PEOs for their organizations. Mitch has been on the LWI Board of Directors for the past two years.

Bruce specializes in risk analysis and the development of insurance programs for PEO's and staffing companies, and has been a licensed Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance agent since 1980 in both Florida and Colorado. Bruce graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Bruce is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), and a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). In addition, Bruce taught Risk Management and Insurance courses at Florida State University and is on the National Faculty of the Certified Insurance Counselor program.
